Ensuring that you are happy and comfortable during every step of your care process is our top priority. A JPL care manager will visit your home to conduct a safety and satisfaction evaluation. This is your opportunity to voice concerns and request changes in your care plan.

In addition to that, your care manager will reach out to your your guarantor on a weekly basis to discuss care needs or scheduling.

JPL's approach to care coordination is both client and caregiver-based. We look at the level of independence of the client, as well as the experience and expertise of the caregiver, the lifetime of the care plan and progression of the client's health or illness. We use these factors to determine the level and frequency of care.
